1. Report Structure Overview

The report follows a structured layout with the following major sections:

  1. Vehicle Identity & Photos
  2. Overview & Specifications
  3. Features List
  4. 360° Interactive Viewer (outside, inside and open)
  5. Interior & Exterior Condition
  6. Inspection & Component Results
  7. Subsystem Health Details
    • Suspension
    • Engine
    • Steering
    • Braking System

These sections appear consistently in order, allowing users to navigate from high-level information to detailed diagnostics.

2. Section-by-Section Explanation

2.1 Vehicle Identity & Photos

Located at the top of the report, this section includes:

  • Vehicle brand and model
  • Price
  • Location
  • Photo gallery (multiple angles, if available); otherwise, the car brand’s logo

This helps users visually assess exterior condition and verify model identity.

Note: The information displayed in this section comes directly from the data entered during the Car Information step.

The displayed price corresponds to the price estimated during the Car Pricing step.

For more details on how this information is entered and calculated, please refer to the following pages:

2.2 Overview & Specifications

Presented in two sections: Overview and Specifications

Overview

  • Distance driven (kilometers)
  • Number of seats
  • Transmission type
  • Fuel type
  • Number of previous owners

Specifications

  • Engine displacement
  • Exterior condition
  • Interior condition
  • Engine power
  • Fuel consumption

Note: The information displayed in this section comes directly from the data entered during the Car Information step.

For more details on how this information is entered and calculated, please refer to the following page: Car Information.

This section answers: "What is the vehicle and how has it been used?"

2.3 Features & Options

Features are displayed using a list with visual status indicators:

  • Green: feature present
  • Red: feature unavailable/missing

The list include:

  • Air conditioning
  • Electric windows
  • Phone holder
  • GPS
  • Speakers
  • Dual-zone air conditioning
  • Parking sensors
  • Parking assistance
  • Cross Control cruise system
  • Tinted windows
  • Sunroof
  • Bluetooth
  • Car alarm
  • Automatic transmission
  • Electric mirrors
  • Touchscreen car radio
  • CD player
  • Steering wheel controls
  • Cigarette lighter socket
  • Rear-view camera
  • Cruise control
  • Emergency braking assistance
  • Panoramic roof
  • Electric seats
  • Car anti-theft system
  • Keyless entry
  • Others

This facilitates feature comparison between trims and models.

Note: The information displayed in this section comes directly from the data entered during the Car Information step.

For more details on how this information is entered and calculated, please refer to the following page: Car Information.

2.4 360° Visual View

In the report, the 360° View section displays exactly the same 360° content generated during the “360° View + Car Damage” step.

The following views may be available:

  • Outside 360° view — full exterior rotation of the vehicle
  • Inside 360° view — interior panoramic rotation
  • Open 360° view — vehicle displayed with open elements (doors, trunk, etc.)

These views allow users to visually inspect the vehicle in detail and from multiple perspectives.

Note: If one or more 360° views (Outside, Inside, or Open) were not completed correctly during the "360° View + Car Damage" process, the corresponding 360° view will not be displayed in the report.

In this case, the widget will display the message "360 view not available" in the center.

2.5 Exterior & Interior Condition Notes

Two annotation blocks describe cosmetic conditions:

  • Exterior comment block
Indicates paint, panel, or aesthetic deviations
  • Interior comment block
    Confirms component functionality or wear

These sections ensure transparency beyond photos.

2.6 Inspection Checklist

The inspection section confirms that the following components were evaluated:

  • Road test
  • Suspension
  • Steering
  • Lights
  • Brakes
  • Engine
  • Body/Cosmetics

Each category is associated with detailed diagnostic results in the subsystem sections.

3. Subsystem Diagnostic Sections

Subsystem diagnostics are the core of the report. Each includes:

  • Summary rating
  • Component-level breakdown
  • Operational measurements
  • Status labels

Below is a summary of each subsystem.

3.1 Suspension Analysis

Includes visuals marking each wheel location (FR, FL, RR, RL) with numeric evaluations.

Sample metrics include:

  • Ride height
  • Damping ratio
  • Natural frequency
  • Tire pressure
  • Wheel alignment
  • Body roll angle
  • Suspension Travel

This data helps identify handling issues or alignment deviations.

3.2 Engine Analysis

Includes fluid/part condition gauges such as:

  • Engine oil
  • Air filter
  • Spark plugs
  • Coolant
  • Fuel system

Also includes performance measurements:

  • Horsepower
  • Torque
  • Fuel Efficiency
  • Compression Ratio
  • Exhaust Emission
  • Idle RPM
  • Oil pressure

Enables buyers to estimate upcoming maintenance cycles.

3.3 Steering Analysis

Evaluates both mechanical components and driver-facing characteristics.

Metrics include:

  • Power steering
  • Steering rack
  • Tie rods
  • Ball Joints
  • Steering Fluid

Also includes performance measurements:

  • Steering Ratio
  • Turning Radius
  • Steering Effort
  • On-Center Feel
  • Steering Wheel Play
  • Power Steering Noise
  • Alignment Drift

These measurements affect safety, precision, and comfort.

3.4 Braking System Analysis

Assesses component wear and stopping capability:

  • Front Brake Pads
  • Rear Brake Pads
  • Brake rotors
  • Brake fluid
  • Stopping Distance (50 km/h – 0)
  • Brake Pedal Feel
  • ABS Function
  • Brake Balance
  • Brake Fade Resistance
  • Parking Brake
  • Brake Line Condition

Determines whether immediate brake servicing is required.

Note: To understand the meaning of each KPI, you can click on to see a brief description of the KPI.

Note: see the Car Data Analysis page to learn more about these KPIs.

4. Interpreting Labels & Colors

The report uses standardized status labels:

LabelMeaning
ExcellentNo attention required
Need fixingRequires near-term maintenance
Very badCritical issues requiring immediate attention

Common color coding:

  • Green = No issue
  • Yellow = Minor attention
  • Orange = Degradation
  • Red = Service required

This ensures accessibility for non-technical readers.

5. Best Practices for Navigation

  1. Start with health gauges — understand general condition
  2. Inspect the photo section — verify cosmetic condition
  3. Review subsystem data — assess repair liabilities
  4. Check feature lists — confirm trim and equipment
  5. Validate specifications — confirm compatibility with user needs
