Transport

What it is for​

Transport publishes car transport missions on the OnLogist marketplace, then follows offers, delivery and receipts. You set the pickup, the destination, the dates and the budget; carriers send offers.

Access​

  • Menu: Documents › Transport (/dashboard/documents/transport).
  • Requires the Documents module and OnLogist enabled for your account (View integration in Settings).
  • Missions use credits.

Steps​

  1. Open Documents › Transport (page title Transport missions).
  2. Click New mission (or Create my first mission). The form Publish transport mission has three steps:
    1. Mission: choose the car and set the Customer budget (EUR), the maximum you accept to pay.
    2. Locations: pickup and destination contacts and addresses.
    3. Schedule: pickup and delivery windows (Deliver from, Deliver by), with optional Driver instructions.
  3. Click Publish auction.
  4. In Marketplace offers, Accept or Reject an offer, then Confirm offer.
  5. Follow the mission in Missions: statuses go from Published to Offer available, Accepted, Scheduled, In progress, Delivered and Completed.
  6. Download the Transport receipts and the inspection report with Download PDF.

Good to know​

  • Accepting an offer temporarily holds credits; the hold is adjusted to the final price.
  • Cancelling may cost a cancellation charge, shown before you confirm.
  • Payment due means credits must be added to settle the final transport costs.

Common issues​

"OnLogist transport isn't enabled for your account yet." Contact Steer Autos support to enable it, then check the integration.

Not enough credits to publish. Click Buy credits, then publish again.

"Enter a budget above €0." Set a customer budget greater than zero.

"This mission can no longer be canceled through the Marketplace API." The mission is too advanced to cancel from Steer Autos; contact the carrier or support.
