Credits
Credits allow you to access premium vehicle-related features.
Each action consumes a certain number of credits depending on its cost.
Credits operate on a pay-as-you-go model: you only pay for what you use.
1. Viewing Your Credit Balance
Your balance is displayed at the top of the page in a dedicated area.
Example: 256 Credits
This value represents the total number of available credits.
The balance updates instantly after each purchase or usage.
2. Purchasing Credits
You can purchase credits at any time from the Credit Balance section.
Steps:
- Open the Credits section
- Select a credit pack from the dropdown
- Review the price of the selected pack
- Click Buy Credits to complete the purchase
Credits are added to your balance immediately after payment.
3. Credit Packs & Pricing
Credits are sold in packs.

4. Credit Consumption
Each premium feature consumes credits based on its usage.
Examples of credit-consuming actions may include:
- Importing a vehicle
- Generating a report
- Exporting or synchronizing data
The credit cost of an action is shown before execution.
5. Expiration & Availability
- Credits do not expire
- Credits remain valid as long as your account is active
- Credits are non-refundable
6. Insufficient Balance
If your balance is too low to perform an action:
- you will be prompted to purchase additional credits
- the action will not proceed until your balance is recharged
7. Billing & Invoices
Credit purchases appear on your billing history.
Each invoice includes:
- purchase date
- purchased pack
- amount paid
8. Credit Transferability
Credits are assigned to your organization (if applicable).
They cannot be transferred between individual accounts.
