Sales dashboard

What it is for

The Sales dashboard gives a timeline view of your cars and leads: activity, scores, status changes, notes and tasks over time. It also suggests what to do next, such as hot leads to follow up or cars at risk.

Access

  • Menu: Sales › Sales dashboard (/dashboard/sales/sales-dashboard).
  • Requires the Sales module on your team.

Steps

  1. Open Sales › Sales dashboard.
  2. Narrow the scope, for example with Make (All makes by default) and the period. Figures show the change "Since yesterday", "Since last week" and so on.
  3. Read the car charts: Car score evolution over time, Days in stock, Car status evolution, Cars added over time, Car activities and Car notes.
  4. Read the lead charts: Lead activities, Leads to follow up, Lead score over time, Lead status breakdown, Contact channels, Lead source breakdown and Lead notes over time.
  5. Use Visible sections to hide what you do not need, or Show all.
  6. Save your layout as a view. You can rename it, delete it or set it as the default view.
  7. Act on the suggestions: Open lead, Open car, Complete task, View leads, View cars or Add lead.

Good to know

  • Suggestions include "hot leads with no follow-up in 5 days" and "cars > 30 days in stock with no test drive".
  • A Hot lead is a high lead score with no recent activity; a Car at risk has been in stock a long time with low engagement.
  • Quick actions let you log a phone call, a WhatsApp call or an SMS, create a reminder or log a task.

Common issues

"No activity recorded for this module in the selected scope." Widen the period or remove filters.

"Unable to load module KPIs for this section." Click Retry.

"A view with this name already exists". Choose another name for your saved view.
