Users
The Team Members section allows you to manage organization users and control their access.
1. Overview
This page displays the list of team members including:
- User name
- Role
- Status
- Join date
A search bar and an invite button are available to filter or add users.
2. Searching for a User
The search bar allows you to filter members by:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
3. Inviting a User
To add a new member:
Click Invite User
Enter the user's email address
Select a role
Send the invitation
The user will receive an email containing a link to join the organization.
Note: For more information on how to invite users, please refer to the Invite Members page.
4. User Roles
Each member is assigned a role that defines their permissions.
Available roles include:
- Owner — Full access, can manage billing, settings, and users
- Admin — Can manage team settings and users (billing optional)
- Member — Standard access to product features
- Viewer — Read-only access

5. User Status
A member can have one of the following statuses:
- Active — User has access to the product
- Pending — Invitation sent but not yet accepted
- Suspended — Access temporarily revoked
6. Join Date
The Joined column indicates when the user joined the organization.
7. User Actions
Each user row includes a contextual menu that may allow:
- Editing the role
- Removing the user
- Resending an invitation (if status = Pending)
- Suspending access (if available)
8. Pagination & Display
At the bottom of the table, you can:
- Change the number of rows displayed
- Navigate between pages
- View the total number of users
9. Common Use Cases

10. Important Notes
- The Owner role cannot typically be removed.
- The maximum number of members may depend on your subscription plan.
- Removing a user immediately revokes access.
