Users

The Team Members section allows you to manage organization users and control their access.

1. Overview

This page displays the list of team members including:

  1. User name
  2. Email
  3. Role
  4. Status
  5. Join date

A search bar and an invite button are available to filter or add users.

2. Searching for a User

The search bar allows you to filter members by:

  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email address
Searching does not modify the data and helps quickly locate specific users.

3. Inviting a User

To add a new member:

Click Invite User

Enter the user's email address

Select a role

Send the invitation

The user will receive an email containing a link to join the organization.

4. User Roles

Each member is assigned a role that defines their permissions.

Available roles include:

  1. Owner — Full access, can manage billing, settings, and users
  2. Admin — Can manage team settings and users (billing optional)
  3. Member — Standard access to product features
  4. Viewer — Read-only access
Note: The Owner role is typically non-transferable and non-removable.

5. User Status

A member can have one of the following statuses:

  1. Active — User has access to the product
  2. Pending — Invitation sent but not yet accepted
  3. Suspended — Access temporarily revoked

6. Join Date

The Joined column indicates when the user joined the organization.

7. User Actions

Each user row includes a contextual menu that may allow:

  1. Editing the role
  2. Removing the user
  3. Resending an invitation (if status = Pending)
  4. Suspending access (if available)
Available actions depend on the user's role and your permissions.

8. Pagination & Display

At the bottom of the table, you can:

  1. Change the number of rows displayed
  2. Navigate between pages
  3. View the total number of users

10. Important Notes

  1. The Owner role cannot typically be removed.
  2. The maximum number of members may depend on your subscription plan.
  3. Removing a user immediately revokes access.
